Prospect finder
The challengeFinding good clients eats hours of manual work and expensive tools.
What I builtAn in-house, online, private app: it searches businesses by country, city and niche, audits each website, ranks them by opportunity and builds a dashboard with contact buttons. I added an AI analyst that writes each business's diagnosis, an in-house CRM and a WhatsApp queue (under construction).

What I builtA site production system in three tiers with AI-generated video, bilingual copy and a sales presentation: more than 25 businesses across barbershops, spas, salons, restaurants and yoga studios.

Before building, I measure where time and money are lost. No empty promises: I don't invent numbers or results.
I build with AI
I design the system and ship it with AI development tools. I'm not a traditional software engineer: when it's needed, I work alongside one.
